LHDC is member of Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network
Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) announces that it has recently become a member of the Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network (IFPN), and as such, is certified to accept referrals and provide foreclosure prevention counseling and intervention services in Perry County, effective immediately. This service is provided by LHDC through funds received through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA).
Housing Counselor, Sue Denoncour, is the LHDC agency contact for persons needing assistance or counseling services through the Foreclosure Prevention Network. Sue holds a Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling Certification, and LHDC also holds an Organizational Foreclosure Housing Counseling Certificate, and is a HUD-certified Housing Counseling Agency.
